Please note, these tips are not a replacement for the support documentation supplied by Plimus.
We have decided to include a few tips as to help you overcome some of the common issues and frustrations when creating a new account.
We are all at different levels of computer knowledge, some greater than others, and even the best of us find some sites a little frustrating at times.
We suggest that if you need to create an account with Plimus that you click this link to create the account.
By clicking this link to create an acount it will quicken the process, as once the account is created you will automatically have the opportunity to submit to become an Affiliate of EasyAs. Clicking this link saves you the need to search for the EasyAs Software on the Plimus Site. This means you can achieve all steps with one click of your mouse.

This image is the first screen which you will be presented with. This screen can be filled with much confusion, and is where most of our support questions come from.
Tip 1:
When you fill out this information it will ask you for a website url, if you do not provide one it will not be happy. So if you do not have a website, the only way to make it happy is to shove something in the box. If you enter this it will be happy - http://www.com
Tip 2:
After you fill in the above information you will be able to click on the button at the bottom that says NEXT
If the screen pauses for an extended length of time and does not seem to do anything, then its most likely because it is in trouble.... We discovered that sometimes Internet Explorer can generate an error that prevents you from going further. Because we have different browsers we simply used another browser to create the account. If you experience this problem, then you will have to use an alternative browser.
If you do not have another browser, or did not know there was a choice, go to google and do a search for Mozilla Firefox. After installing this browser you will most likely not see this same problem again.
Tip 3:
If your application process fell over at Tip2 or for some other reason you were unable to finish and when you returned to the application it tells you that your user name is already in use, but it was vacant the first time around. Then go to the Plimus main site page and attempt to login to your account using the user name and your password.
We have found that sometimes when the process gets interrupted the Plimus system will still open the account for you. Once you log back in, you will have to finish your account application, the plimus system will usually present this information to you, it should be obvious by the next screen plimus presents to you, what the next steps in the process are.
